Too Soon To Tell
I get tired I think more due to the illness than the treatment, plus I work full time and like to give my family quality time with me as well. I don't like to sit down as that is where I will stay for the evening. Pilates I did for the first time last week and it took me a week to recover from the aches. Energy levels were not increased, however, exercise can be hard to begin with until your body gets used to the idea. So I will do it again this weekand for the next month or 2.
