I find the slow stretching and toning movements very soothing. I put on my favorite relaxation music and Im on my way. Note Videos stressed me out too much so I watched the various moves and incorporated what I found beneficial into my own freeform workout. I love it.

I met with someone who was a trained physical therapist and Pilates instructor. She was able to design routines for me that helped strenghen and heal my body. Right now, my tests are actually coming back in a more positive light for my back. It can be hard and fustrating at first, because your movement is so limited, but over time it opens a lot of doors.
