Very helpful, yes it's tough, but in the med.-long run it's been great. Helped with stress also because I doctor I go to is very good about pointing out whats better, whats worse (and why!) and where he will get me to.

worked for a long time.i never really liked going to hospitals for PT. those therapists-even though i had known them for years-treated me WAY too much like a patient, and not enough like a person.
the last place i went to was a private clinic. i went there from 2002-2007, but because of circumstances beyond our control, the clinic went under.

I can handled physical therapy now that I have my spinal cord stimulator, but could not handle it before. PT has been helpful to regain the use of my foot after 2 years of non-use

Its all brand new to me. My accident was 3/8/09...amp on 4/17/09 and finally got my leg 7/16/09..and of course doing PT
