I wear a lift in my right footwear and have exercises to do to ease pain.

Can't afford. Injections did help headaches but at the time, I had such severe tremors that my head would whip back and forth and headaches would start again.

PT was helpful especially occupational therapy however insurance would assist in that only for the first year after surgery.

Wrong type of therapy.Quit. Therapist approached as if treating an injury, pushed hard doubling exercises at each visit.. I am not injured, I am afflicted with an incapacitating illness.
