ice packs just irritate me.However i love cold weather. Freezing weather. With Moderate to Intense Wind...I find a wind current and hangout there listen to music until my entire body becomes completely numb and i cant feel a damn thing. The pain is still there I figure my nerves or receptors or senses just either become a bit overwhelmed at the moment go into shock for a bit. I dont pretend to know these things. If you stand facing wind with eyes closed Snowfalling is a bonus.

Specialized physical therapy program for core strengthening and a lot of exercise in the jetted pool. Insurance does not pay for much so only get to go every so often. Still use stretches and exercises at home to keep from turning into a marshmellow..
