After I "woke up," I did physical therapy1-2 times a week for a year and a half; started in a wheelchair, and now I walk without assistance except when the ground is "treacherous" and I hold someone's hand.

made some pan worse, helped to teach me specific exercises to build up sore strength

Abdomen exercises.. Found that it only irritated the nerves more. I stopped doing it.

I've done pool therapy and the traditional therapy. I have found that pool therapy in cool to warm water will allow me to work out and tone my muscles. I have also found massage therapy to be very benificial causing the muscle to relax thus relieving pain.

did for almost 11 months till i kept telling them it is not going away it helps alittle but something else wrong.... had to convince doctor for mri since none were taken only xrays which they kept daying it was fine.
