It has helped me dramatically.

Working / Worked
It worked for the short term but my pain gets worse after four weeks of it
I am a frequent flyer for PT. I use one spot which knows my history. Pool walking is best for DDD sufferers as it's low resistance. Deep tissue massage post spine fusion helped my muscles move back into place. I have done stretches and strengthening exercises. I recently had lymphatic drainage massage to reduce swelling in my spine area.
Working / Worked
Had CP since birth PT helped keep its effects on my body mild.
Working / Worked
I have been in and out of physical therapy for the last ten years. It helps but eventually it gets expensive since insurance will only pay for so many sessions a year. Also, I have most of the equipment that they use, so it is easier to do at home anyway.
Working / Worked
Didn't work due to other health issues and severe chronic pain syndrome.
Working / Worked
Keeps me moving in the right ways easing into an activity instead of pushing it the way I used to. All docs agree that the soft tissue work on my feet will be part of the treatment plan on as needed basis i.e. when Im in flare.
Working / Worked
I had to have physical therapy on my arm and leg. The arm healed up very quickly and only required two weeks of PT and OT. I had to have PT for my left leg to learn to walk again. I am now walking with the help of a leg brace and a cane.
Working / Worked
Still doing physical therapy. He has a long way to go, but therapy has been great.
