I try and do at least half an hour every day - my favourite form is playing on Dance Central. However, I've recently discovered 5 mins on a bike in the gym burns almost twice the amount of calories than half an hour on Dance Central :O This exercise plan has helped me lose 0.5kg already!

Other than my current injury preventing me from exercising Ive been doing it now for about 3 months and it actually feels REALLY good!

I think working out has been a great benefit to me. It's something constructive to put the nervous energy into. I find it extremely helpful in terms of stress relief. Other benefits, I feel great and I'm in the best shape of my life.

I use working out as my pain management. I try to do lots of stretching and strength training to build up my core strength.

It does help but its temporary. But finding classes and I activities I enjoy at the gym does help my moo for a while.
although i walk 3kms regularly, i cannot seem to lose any weight due to bad eating choices
