Felt great!
I've exercised all my life so I can't really tell whether if I stopped I would gain weight or not. But it makes me feel better for sure.
It worked in the past. I'm trying to put exercise back into my routine, but I haven't accomplished it yet.
Im really good at doing this for a few weeks then I make up excuses to not do it.

Walking 20 minutes every other day works well.

helps but not enough
Strength training and walking are my favorite exercise routines and both work well.
Even when my symptoms were at their worst I made mysel go to the gym almost every day usually just to do cardio since lifting weights was out of the question then. I reminded myself that I always felt better afterwards even if it was hard to convince my body to go. Now that I feel healthy again Im also doing yoga and weight lifting.

Working out and eating right has changed my life!
