I have always been an athlete. But the drinking really was taking its toll on my body and mind. I replaced drinking with exercise. And my body has transformed. It didnt happen over night. But after 2 or 3 months I started to gain more strength and flexibility back. Hiking Biking Weights Basketball Golf. Working out at least 12 hours a day.

Working out always works with any diet plan i have ever used. I walk in the summer in the neighborhood and go to the gym to lift free weights, use the elliptical machine.
