Exercise helps both my mood as well as to decrease my anxiety symptoms.

Believe it or not for me it works. I cant do a lot of it now and it hurts but for a while there I was doing it. I did a little than a little more. I pushed slowly so slowly. It took me 3 months but soon I was doing a 45 minute workout 3 times a week. I was loosing weight and the pain was diminishing! I couldnt believe it! I was almost normal again but I got greedy. Ive heard it happens. I added one more workout of 45 minutes. Within three weeks I crashed harder than I ever had before.
