I started walking again last week. Ive lost 100 lbs before just by walking so hopefully I can do it again.

I go for a walk around my apt complex, using my iPhone Pacer app in hopes of taking 10K steps, which intervenes on the stressful feelings/thoughts. This method is my 2nd destressor.
running/walking 2 miles 3 times a week. tones, but doesn't help the muffin top!

Have been doing for the past month cardio 30 min a day for 5 days a week. Has helped a lot, i continue to do it and cant go a day without it.
