I started my liftestyle change last June 19, 2008 and have lost 48 lbs. I was walking pretty much everyday at the beginning. I joined the Gym in March of this year and my workouts have slowed down because of injuries received lifting weights and kickboxing classes.

helps more then anything else...best help I've ever had! Love it!
I run swim skip jump on my trampoline skateboard mess around with basketball volleyball soccer. Anything to get rid of extra energy and feel good.

If someone can motivate out of the house for more than a few minutes this might be good. It is usually good to get out and exercise to take your mind off of things but depending on the scale of depression this may not be physically possible.
I done yhga and it was great!
