Walking helps relax me and work helps distract my mind from wandering.

This helps because I am not thinking so much and even if I am eventually my mind wonders off to something like all the trees I see or if I am in my house to the music I am listening to. But sadly I am very physically sick too so I cannot workout like I use to. I have a lot of pain etc so it is very difficult for me.
