Need to walk more but I do know I feel better when I do walk.

It works when I remember to do it. Yoga was also helpful. I fell off the exercise wagon as part of this I can only do one thing at a time, and I need to get back on it.

works very difficult to start... for me even leaving standing outside the front door was hard at first but there is a hormone in your brain that is only released when you exercise that does seem to help.. the trick is getting yourself to get outside and do it...
