I used to run to relieve stress and this worked well. However, at this point, finding the time to run is just as stressful.

I started off walking and now I'm jogging, but it has been difficult to exercise in any capacity due to work.

Up until 6 months ago I was a fitness nut. Working out 5 times a weeks and surfing 4 times a week. I have now modified my schedule and am very happy when I can get to the gym 3 to 4 days a week very light workouts and surf an hour or two once a week. more like floating in the water and enjoying mother nature

I like to work out at home. I have a few dvd's and other videos that I enjoy. However, lately I do not have the time for it.
Walking worked wonders...I would like to get back into this as soon as our weather here improves. I even have the double stroller set to go so I can walk the twins.
