I use a "Day Light" light box made by "Uplift Technologies." From mid-October to the end of February, I sit in front of it 30 minutes a day each morning while I eat breakfast. It is amazing how a simple thing like light can make a difference.

I have no idea why, but is the only thing that has helped. Tanning once or twice a week clears my problem up, but it comes back if I quit going.
