I have been on Phentermine for 1 month. I have lost 14 pounds, and I feel more focused, and alert. My eating habits have changed some. I am eating south beach dinners for breakfast and lunch, and eating 2 snack bars a day as well, for dinner , I eat less but pretty much what I want.Side effects I experience : execessive thirst,headache-mild, heart papultations- if I am sitting around- moving about-hardly notice them, and the best- decreased appitetite!!!
