I stopped taking it after about 6 months and when I had plateaued. I was able to loose about 60 pounds but of course once I stopped the weight came back.

Curbed appetite. So far have lost 10 lbs. in 3 months. It gave me supercharged energy which I desperately needed. Had some insomnia but in the morning I was never in a fog but alert and ready to go. I would get crabby and short with people - especially if I hadn't eaten much that day.
