I am currently taking Phentermine and it is working. I have been on it for 9 months and I have lost 30 pounds. I would think it would be better but the end of last summer I had severe back pain and my Sciatica was acting up and by the time I started feeling better it was already bad weather. So I am praying that the real spring gets here soon so I can start again.

Worked at first but I was on it too long and really think I became accustomed to it.

the doc gave me this to help me lose weight i guess its working i am hardly ever hungry i have to remind myself to eat so i dont get a headache or feel weak and when i eat i get full much faster which is good a bad side effect is i cant sleep at night so i started taking Melatonin about an hour before i go to bed and that has worked

I love this pill Im taking them right now in it work really well but they cost a lot so when the money get low I cant afford to buy them.

Very good appetite suppressant as if I needed one. Take one 37 mg daily and increase my meals and better chosen ones. It encourages an increase in water intake and gives you energy during the day to get your work out on!!

I think it started out ok during the first week. I have been on it for two months and has not curbed my appetite or give me energy

37.5mg daily in the AM with breakfast. Helps surpress your appetite...some have experienced constipation but not me.

Lost weight but it came back after I got off medicine

I lost 60 pounds on this med last year with diet and excerise after 6 months I stopped taking the medication but continued the same excerise and diet plan. I went to the gym for 90 mins 6 days a week and and additional 45 mins 3 nights a week cardio strength training swimming. I also lowered my calorie intake to 800 cal a day. Less than a month after stopping phentermine I gaving 17 pounds within 3 months I had gained back the 60 plus another 20.
