Really helps because your workout is so much more efficient. And they push you more than you would push yourself.

it is amazing what getting a really good trainer who listens to your goals and actually teaches you how to meet your goals works! previous trainers were pretty much "lift ,and then BS, and then lift some more". This is cool, fun exhausting stuff- kinda like www.gymjones.com but without all the bitterness

Trainer gave me some good but hard weight lifting programs. Things I did well worked. Others that were to hard for me I cut out. Tried to personalize it more!

This has been the best way for me to reach my fitness goals so far. I have a great trainer right now, he has a great personality so I enjoy going to see him each day I work out, and the actual program he gave me is the best I've ever had. It combines circuit training with plyometrics and high rep/moderate weight strength training. I am getting an amazing overall toned body, building strength and endurance, and losing weight!

I won part in a workout contest on the radio and I loved having a personal trainer (for 8 weeks). I would do it again in a heartbeat!
