Drink peppermint tea with a meal and it seems to make it hurt less
works in small doses, if I eat more than 1 then I get bad heartburn.
Just read about it and used it the other evening. Seemed to calm my stomach.
I take 20mg coated capsule before meals. It really helps with cramps and soft stools. It is the best thing I have found, but it is not perfect.
Take 3 capsules a day
This helps with muscle spasms (IBS attacks).
One of the very best things in my book.
