Any type of strong mint being eaten helps calm it down.

Works to help the day after contractions.
Helps ease the spasms, and a bit of the pain. Also, I like the tea :)
Great for stomach pain as well as fennel tea
Peppermint tea (Lipton) is brilliant stuff.
It really helps after eating a big meal.
Soothing as a tea, but too harsh if I drink it too often, best for nausea
