First the chills start...I am sensitive to the cold anyway.Then it knocks me out for 48 hours...no energy etc.... then.... I am ok for the rest of the week. OK enough to work .

I experienced every single side effect there is....except for weight loss. Halfway through treatment, my white blood cell count was so low, I had to get a shot of Neulasta which worked wonders. It literally took one whole year to feel 100%.
