Again somedays it works. Lately it's been working more than it had in the past. I use it to re-approach conversations that have aggitated him, and to even rethink if the conversation is worth having. I use patience to decipher my own feelings and to make sure i'm not blowing things out of proportion

Time heals. first take caree of yourself physically. Cry if you need to. Punch the walls if you want to. Curl up in the bathroom when you feel like it. But pray a lot.
