I am not forceful enough , never wanting to hurt someone I care about , even at the expense of my own feelings .

I use self talk in exercising patience. When I find myself becoming aggravated I do positive self talk. This works.

trying to take it day by day- I'm tired of allowing him back in and repeating all the abuse over and over again
This is a constant struggle for my son and myself. I know he becomes frustrated when he is trying to get his point across in his own way and those of us around him are lost.
