I try, it works depending on what I'm stressing about.

A lot of patience - not saying much - but I still have all these feelings. . . which I could do something!

I can be alittle patient at times and it does help.

It is still a work in progress. Somedays it seems to be working and others nothing seems to work.

Trying to be patient with an overly active toddler... He is into everything and won't listen to anything.. terrible 2's they say... but when you spank him, he hits you back, when you tell him no he screams NO back at you.. He is a little out of control.. :(

I try to rely on my patience, faith, and hope that things can and will get better. The more patience I have, the stronger I feel.

I count in my head a lot especially when I am on long lines. I try not to take things personally and have become much more patient then I use to be.
