I take 4-5 Creon 20 capsules at the beginning of meals and 2-3 at beginning of snacks. This does seem to help me a great deal,however I do still struggle with pain following any intake.

I am on viokase 16...1 or 2 for a snack and 2-3 for a meal. I am on zegrid 40 mg 2x per day. I feel much better if I eat LESS than 10 mg of fat per day. I stopped eating raw fruits and vegetables, beans, meat and chicken with the skin on it. These things have helped me feel better so I don't feel like I am having a root canal in my back. I have developed gastroparesis. I am thinking that I have actually had this for some time, since I have probably had the pancreatitis since I was a child.
