Got rid of my joint pain which is awesome and it doesn't really help much with tenderness... only slightly.

Im on 100mg and its really not working.

Dosage 10 mg at bedtime daily. Good med for me. Helped a bunch with my sleeping and migraines. It didnt get rid of my migraines but if I could actually fall asleep while having a migraine it would help keep me that way till the meds wore off.
