Epidurals for back pain, cortisone shots in hips,

Helped with injection therapy and meds, but they will no longer do injections because of cervical issues.

I currently go to pain management monthly. It is VERY helpful. I am referred for cortisone injections into SI joints and epidurals about every 3-4 months. The last one has helped a lot!
