It does help, especially since I was living in Santa Fe, NM and recently moved to Green Valley, AZ. I could not do what I do or possibly be here today without it. It takes a little getting use to, and dealing with the stigma and looks associated with that of someone who uses oxygen. People really do not understand and most dont get it. I am lucky I have a loving and so supportive family

The doctor wants me set up with oxygen at night havent started it yet.

Have been on oxygen theraapy for the past three months; however I am not finding this very helpful.
Considering
using at night till sleep study.
This is another one that I have heard is very effective. I haven't tried it myself, but I sure would like to give it a try.
