I got a positive OPK and I think it's very helpful so far. Was slightly irritated that Taking Charge of Your Fertility did not highly recommend them because I've found it to be more reliable than my cerv fluid or thermal shift. Also, lots of info sayd that you get less than 10 strips in a kit, but all the kits I saw for sale sold 20-30 strips in a kit. More than I needed for my short cycle. But they do expire in one month so you need to buy a kit each month no matter.
