This is not a diet, but it certainly helps you to connect with the only being who really can help you keep the weight off...God. I can't do it, that's for sure.

This was not a positive experience for me because the group I attended believed ED's were "diseases" that could not be overcomed, I believe ED's are emotions & issues that need to be dealt with and we can redirect and heal.
