Working / Worked
I'm a true believer in 12 Steps- even though I don't attend meetings myself due to agoraphobia issues, I do find support online.
Working / Worked
I did this program a long time ago and it worked as long as I stuck to it
Working / Worked
I havent had a group to attend in years worked for a while
Working / Worked
It has worked for me before and if I work it it will work for me again.
Working / Worked
I never had much faith in 12 step groups, but this program totally changed my life for the better.

I've been going for the past 8 months and I have a sponsor and it really has helped me alot. My self confidence is better and even though I haven't lost alot of weight, I feel better about myself and I'm not as obsessed with food as I used to be.

dropped out some time ago but it sure was a positive experience
Working / Worked
when I worked the program and got a sponser and worked the steps- OA worked for me. Hated the idea of never having another twinkie and eventually caved and stayed away- hoping to be able to eat in moderation foods which I know I can not. I have the HARDEST time accepting that some foods would be "forbidden". Need a new outlook.
