I believe this is a good program. I started going but didn't follow through then gained 30 pounds. Now I am embarrassed to go back but the biggest problem is isolation because I don't fit into any of my clothes.

I have tried OA and FA (Food Addicts Anonymous) and found it was just too strict for me but I do follow the food plan (modified) and appreciate the program.

I love OA as I get to meet people who are real and honest and I learn alot from them. The 12 steps are the "rule book" I've searched for for a long time
