it is working. i gave up gluten and don't physically crave my trigger foods nearly as much.

I am using their meal plan and philosophy. I am afraid to go to a meeting, but I will get my strength up. Giving up gluten has helped my symptoms.

I didn't recover in OA. But I met a lot of people who understood how I felt. Nor did I meet any recovered ED people who did not lead the group.
