26 weeks of outpatient group counseling. Excellent experience. Thinking about doing another 26 weeks.

very very very helpful ! helped teach me new coping mechanisms. trust me guys if you think you're incurable. you're not.

My doctor is the head of mental health department in the hopsital he works in.

I completed my Outpaient Program. It was where I learned how it works.

I just graduated from a 10 week out patient program.I was sober for 18 years and went back out.I wanted to do something differently.It was awesome. I went with the attitude that I will get rid of these deamons once and for all. In my 18 years of sobriety I couldn't talk in meetings no matter how hard I tried. When I finally raised my hand I cried so much I couldn't speak and then I was embarrased. Since Outpatient, I don't shut up. Yeah, finally! Yahoo!

Pills do help me maintain a better mood.

amazing, people dealing with the same things as me. helped me get my head together and not be afraid to talk about it.

worked well for 2 weeks but then i was released and ended up back in the day-program for another 3 weeks.

as long as i stayed in the program it work even a couple of months in some circumstances.

I was discharged from it within 4 minutes.
