i go to outpatient therapy twice a week at the mayo clinic.

Really Helped I did this 3 times. 2 of them after inpatient programs.

I was "forced" into an IOP program... I am sure it would have been a lot more helpful had I wanted to recover at the time.

im in therapy for sexual abuse and we only talked about it once, so ill see if it works

The best part of my recovery! Intense outpatient for 9 weeks, followed by 12 months of weekly aftercare group meetings.

I moved so I had to quit the group I was in.

Went in '97. I found it educational and helpful. It was very difficult to make all the meetings and classes, this stressed me out a lot, it was very expensive. I dropped out. Stayed sober 5 months. This time I'm seeing a Christian Counselor and will go to some support groups and AA. I wasn't ready last time, this time I think I am.
