The first portion of the program worked really well for me. So far in this second half I'm having a lot of issues with the leader of the group.

Currently doing outpatient treatment through the facility I was inpatient at for 3 months. I see my dietitian once a week with blind weigh-ins, therapist 1-3 times a week, and recently started an OP nutrition group and hope to start the OP open process group soon. Not as helpful as IP (obviously), but weigh-ins help keep me accountable because my dietitian won't see me if I start going backwards.

LOVED IT!
