IOP not court mandated. I went on my own

After I was released from the inpatient ward, I was able to go to out-patient for 5 days, and I learned more, and gained some inner strength while being supoorted by the team and patients.
I did a partial hospital program in 2004 as a way to control my bulimia. I put myself into treatment because I could not handle it anymore. I was also trying to get help for my depression and anxiety.

Currently attend a full day Drug and Alcohol group therapy outpatient program. Working really well.
