Used to use the pills and would foget nuvaring grosses me out and sounds uncomfortable despite the assurances form all the health care providers who are so into pushing it on me these days lol. I USE THE PATCH AND ITS GREAT. My only complaint ? I wish they made them for twice a week with a few extras in the box. Sometimes esp. in the hot summer the glue itches and I want to rip that sucker off!

Yes it did work but my body got use to it since I was on for so long 11years so my Dr changed it BC pills. The patch I loved it had a period every month regulary on time, there was no pain. one thing it cause hot flashes not often though and the gel of the patch can cause rashes of the skin but your Dr can prescribe some cream for it and it will go away.

Ive been using this for a few years it kind of helps I mean I don't get my menstral cycle exactly on the day normally its a few days after.

Horrible side effects - weight gain, migraines, panic attacks/anxiety attacks, dizziness, mood swings, irritabilty - no help with pain ever
