Helped regulate my periods.
while i was on it..i became regular..but i was very moody and became very depressed! so i stopped taking them after 6 months

So far, birth control pill has helped, but I'd rather try more natural alternatives that work.

Well it didnt help right away but a couple months into taking it , It really started to help with the pain
It has helped with the physical problems of PMS very well but as for emotional not so well.
