i am on yaz and i suppose it would be different for everyone but it has helped me a great deal. i have a friend who doesnt have any mood disorders and she took it and it made her moody. so it depends on the person

ortho tri-cyclen and ortho tri-cyclne low are awesome.. i can't say the same for ortho cyclen, though, that one makes me break out with cystic acne.

Yazmin had helped a lot with the physical symptoms of PMDD, but the emotional isn't always easy to control.
I think this is what triggered the onset .
