Yasmin - my water weight gain is out of control. But, I have less intense cramps. I am planning to stop taking them at the end of this month. I have been on them too long - 7 years - I want to see how my body operates without it.

I wish I could take them! Most of them now give me terrible headaches. I don't know if it is the estrogen or the progest.

i am on yaz and i suppose it would be different for everyone but it has helped me a great deal. i have a friend who doesnt have any mood disorders and she took it and it made her moody. so it depends on the person
