ortho cyclen worked wonders for PMDD, but then I had clots and can't take anymore, need a new method to cope woth pmdd
I have tried MANY BC pills and only one works for me. I take Yasmin (not Yaz) and it helps very much PROVIDING I take it at the same (or close) time every day. Even if I am not sexually active, this is still important in helping with the PMDD! Sometimes people don't know that.
It worked for PMS in the past but I can no longer take it because of blood clots. Plus I gained a lot of weight very, very quickly. So the cons outweigh the pros for me on this one.
reduced my days from 10 to 7
i have a mirena iud device
I have tried many different birth control and none has helped only made me crazier.
Hate the side effects but use it to control my cycle while on Implanon
Stopped taking about 18 years ago. Then for a brief period-no pun intended-went on again. Stopped because of migraines.
