I'm losing weight on this program. Started late Fall 2008 and have lost and maintained 9 lbs. to date. Did not gain my weight back over the holidays! My goal is to lose 40 lbs. in 2009 using NutriSystem and exercise. I am working with a dermatologist as I'm having food allergies/sensitivities to certain types of sugars that break my skin out in horrible rashes..example high fructose corn syrup. That culprit leads to obesity and diabetes and is in many foods.
