I did the NutriSystem program over 20 years ago. It was one of the worst decisions I ever made. I was at a good weight at the time but wanted to lose another 15 pounds. I lost the weight and looked great. However, I was always hungry. In the years that followed, I was unable to keep the weight off. I gained over 50 pounds!!! I feel that it messed up my metablism.
