i have been on this med for over a year and now getting angry cos i cant get off it dont want to increase it even though i am on the lowest dose I cant sleep again

I have 1-2 tabs a night but have only used twice 1 tab a time as i was not sure how they would go with the high dose of antidepressants im on.I still have 8 tabs left that i have not had as yet.I did not notice any side effects but i did not take long enough and only had taken one at a time.Dose 5mg x1
