I just got out of hospital for my MS and they had the patch on me i really liked the patch and i'm hoping it will work actually i know it will work because i'm done with this habit.

Will start it real soon. My husband is also a smoker, but he has no willpower.

Don't smoke while on patch - I had a heart attack.

seems to take the edge off- what I'm not sure of is how we get ALL nicotine out of our system when we are replenishing.

This is not my first attempt to quit using the patch. I used Nicoderm CQ last year went through the whole process and had been off patches when I had a very stressful event occur that became my "excuse" to start again. Here it is a year later and I'm ready to make the commitment to myself to give up this nasty habit that has controlled everything I have done for the last 14 yrs.

Well it has been two weeks, and i don't think i would have made it this far without them. They are working really well for me.

Doing great!! I had a couple erges today but they have passed and i am still going strong!!

It help to keep me from going through the mood swings.
