This is not my first attempt to quit using the patch. I used Nicoderm CQ last year went through the whole process and had been off patches when I had a very stressful event occur that became my "excuse" to start again. Here it is a year later and I'm ready to make the commitment to myself to give up this nasty habit that has controlled everything I have done for the last 14 yrs.
