Nicotine Patch Reviews
Working / Worked
Worked, but I relapsed during a divorce - this is the relapse I have to remedy now!

Worked for awhile but think I need something like chantix and support rather than a patch

used niquitin clear patches. Worked like a charm. At first I didnt think it was working but you need to hang in there, cravings will still be bad for the first 3 days of using the patch! Had Minor side effects occur, slight skin reaction to patch, headaches but this starts to go away after a few days.

Could not have quit without the patch. Smoked on the patch in the past, very bad, I know, but this time followed directions. Had a couple of rough days each time I stepped down, but stayed even closer to my online support group during those times, and that worked.

I am starting the patch on Tuesday 6/1/08. I a little nervous about quitting because i've tried in the past. I really want this to work. I remember after the nicotine progam was done then I thought alot about the cigs couldn't get my mind off them.

Made me sick

Have tried but had a allergic reaction to the patches.

Went 3 months without smoking before on this program. Longest I've ever been quit. It's just like cold turkey, it still requires a mind set and you have to be ready. You will still have nicotine withdraws and at the end it gets hard and you go through hell week at the end instead of at the beggining like cold turkey quitters. Side effects for me were racing heart, rash under patch, raised skin, bone pain under location of patch, itching, etc. Still way better than smoking a single cigarette.
Working / Worked
it worked the first time I quit.
Working / Worked
It really helps with the withdrawl symptoms.
