Working / Worked
Used the Nicotine Patch for 2 months. Experienced sleep problems, and stomach problems. So I stopped using them. I have still got a months supply left. But I am now a non smoker.
Working / Worked
I started the patch on October 21st. It's definetly been easier since I am no longer sharing an apartment with a smoker. As of December 9th, I am just over a week into step 2 of the patch. The depression is starting build. Right now I miss the psychadelic dreams from step 1 more than I miss the cigarettes themselves.
Working / Worked
Used this the first time...I stopped for 10 years using this.
