It worked but it is just as expensive as smoking and easy to take off and smoke.
used them years back and quit for 3 months and 28 days. felt like i had been born again.

Currently using and is only thing that has ever worked for me.
Patches don't help me stop smoking. I am not sure if they help my mood or not (ie irritability when I have to cut back due to excessive/painful coughing)
