It is working for me so far, but the transition from one Step to another (lower nicotine dosage) is difficult

It works pretty well..cravings aren't nearly as bad as they would be.

started on step two and just finished 6 weeks and now starting step 3. being told two different things to do, one from a friend that has done the patches and one from 1-800-no-butts. I think the friend is wrong as the feelings from the beginning are back.

week one whole patch, week two cut it in half, week three cut it in quarters week 4 cut into 8ths week 5 no patch.... It worked like a charm. Cut out coffee because coffee went too well with smokes and took up hot chocolate for 6 months. After 6 months went back to coffee. Doing great B"H
