Nicotine Gum Reviews
Working / Worked
The first day we drank a lot so the next day we would be too sick to smoke-did not work much, but our friends stayed with us to coach us not to smoke...gum has to be chewed VERY SLOWLY otherwise you start coughing...chewed about 5/day the first 2 days than reduced it to 1 after 5 days we did not need it only on an emergency...before checing I thought "this will NOT help at all" than I convinced myself to just give it a try, chewed it slowly than BOOM it worked!!!

I'm a week and a half smoke free and I know I wouldn't have been able to do it without the gum. Tastes nasty but I like that I can control how much nicotine I put into my body unlike the patch.
Working / Worked
works well with cravings and to put off picking up a smoke and to smoke less
