My favorite and I am probably the longest running user LOL chewed it once for three years last time I quit.
worked for a while but didnt take care of the bad cravings
it tastes like shit, and literally felt like my throat was burning.
Only Chewed Sparingly the First Week to keep the edge off.
This worked quite well for me for about 3 1/2 weeks. The one thing I didn't care for was you couldn't use it for 15 minutes after eating or drinking anything, you chewed it for approx. a half hour that only left for 15 minutes out of the hour to keep yourself hydrated with water or to have a meal or snack. The hydration is especially important to me right now with pulmonary issues.
It gives me the hiccups, but works well.
Somewhat, but in my 2nd week, it just wasn't enough
