Nexium has really done the trick. However, because it is such a powerful drug I would like to stop taking it. I stopped about 2 months ago but had to start again because my heartburn and discomfort came back with a vengeance. I did try one every other day and I it seemed to work very well. I will very likely go back to doing that.

Primarily take it for my GERD. Mine is so bad right now that I take 2 of the purple pills a day. Expensive, but worth it.
