To increase white blood cells. It worked in a short period of time, the shot hurts going in, but better than having no immune system.

It does get the bone marrow to recover faster but it can keep you feeling horrible. Mixed feelings about using this one.
Too Soon To Tell
On Wednesday I started my second round of treatment. I am a severe neutropenic and my neutrophil level had dropped to .11, the neupogen leaves me feeling horrible with headaches that I have to take Darvocet for. After the first round I was okay for about 3 weeks, but now that my level has dropped again it doesn't seem to want to raise. Is there anything that will stop or help these headaches, they are worse than migraines?!
Too Soon To Tell

Considering
Too Soon to tell, White blood cells are really low, this should help that. Another injection. :(
I don't know if it helped or not, I just know it was extremely painful to him.
