Didn't seem to, usually ended up in the hospital the night of the shot with neutrapenia.

I don't know at this point if it is working as I just received my 1st shot two and a half days ago. I am having an allergic reaction to it. My arm is swollen, red, and itchy from the top of my arm to my wrist. Am going to follow up with doctor in the morning. Pretty nasty and uncomfortable but if it works it will be worth it.

Worked well-but shots hurt-drug is very expensive-but does the job of increasing white blood count.

Major bone pain. Keeps white counts high.

Worked great - mild aches in my sternum and hips a few days after the shot but it definitely boosted my white cell count.

Horrible side effects,terrible body aches & then after my 5th dose I got septic.. my WBC went to 46,000! A rare reaction & it almost killed me. Spent 8 days in ICU

Neulasta caused bone pain 7 to 10 days after treatment for the first 2 or 3 treatments. Then after my white count was down the Neulasta started working within 23 to 48 hours after treatment, and each time the effect was a bit stronger. The last time I had a very bad headache, bone pain, and a much higher fever than before, but it only lasted for about 3 days.
