I had them before surgery and after and they still didnt work.

is really all I need but was denied due to I may injure myself without knowing it. I'd prefer that to being totally disabled and mentally distraught..frustrated....and consequently mean.

series of 3 blocks, one each in July, August, and September 2008. The first one kicked in 4 days after the block, the second one kicked in 8 days after the block, and the third one finally worked 22 days later. As of January, the pain is back.
