couldnt have did it without them
I followed the 12 steps and trusted to my higher power.
I've been going to NA meeting on and off for approx. 3 years. I have mixed feelings about meetings, but lean more towards it being a helpful part of my recovery.
I have been the rooms of NA for 6 years it wasnt till recently that I have actually worked a solid program and the experience since has been amazing
This program is exactly what I needed at the time to straighten my life out. The support network, the stable living options, I would have drowned in depression if I hadn't have worked the steps.
Well, not everybody realizes that with AA/NA, there is so much more to recovery than JUST staying clean and sober. The big book promises that our "attitude and outlook on life will change." A thousand different forms of fear will leave us. And it is doing exactly that for me. I owe all that to NOT working the 13th step and becoming a bloodsucker of young newcomer women. Jesus Christ and the 12 steps has been the cornerstone of a new life I never dreamed of, let alone felt worthy of.
Na is currently working... i have a sponsor and i am working the steps.. Im learing that this is a daily process and that i cant get well instantly.
if you work it...
