i've been going for 3 months and i've been trying my best.

I did go in the past when quiting & it did help. I was clean for 30 some days & then slowly went back & I don't know why. It was hard to find meetings that I felt comfortable at because so people were hard core drug users & others were a little scary or not in safe areas. I did find a wonderful group that gets together at a old Church on Friday nights that was great. I wonder if they are still there.

Left home at 16 and it was down hill from there.Weed became my salvation then my salvation became crack. After hitting countless bottoms I realized that I lived to us and used to live NOT anymore today I am blesse to have 2 years 11 months and 11 days. It works if u work it......

I feel that NA does work, it helps alot, it is good for every addict but especially good for those who dont have a support system at home. I like NA because i can go there and vent, I know that everything I say in those rooms will stay there, I know I wont be judged and the most important thing is that I know that everyone there has been through the same struggles as I have.

Well I go to AA meetings because in my opinion I cannot stand Na meetings because all they talk about is how to get high and what they did when they were high...i know how to do this i need to know how to stay sober!!!
Working / Worked
Going to meetings and working the steps is the only thing that keeps me sober. It keeps me focused on the solution versus the problem.
