A crutch. Used on top of it. Very painful if you don't wait 10 days after using to take. I was screaming and in agony. I'm lucky I didn't die.

Well... I was on for a month. no problems but was too soon to tell. Insurance doesn't like covering off schedule meds or meds made at Holtorfs pharmacy soo... guess I won't know till it's FDA approved
